Hi, I’m Emily - a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

I help curious, motivated individuals connect the dots behind their recurring symptoms and understand what their body needs to feel better, using practical nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
